Returns

 Damages and other issues

If you receive an item that is damaged, has any sort of defect or is not what you ordered, then we will give you a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund. Please let us know by contacting us at sales@scamperandbark.store with the details and we’ll sort it out for you as soon as possible.

 Returns or exchanges

When you buy from us, we want to provide 100% satisfaction, so if there are any issues with your order, please contact us at sales@scamperandbark.store with the details. If we agree to a return or exchange, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

 Exceptions

We cannot exchange items that are personalized as they are one-offs designed just for you and so cannot be re-sold.

 Cancellations

All items are manufactured to order. Production generally begins 24 hours after you have placed the order. Once production has started, we cannot accept order cancellations.

 Refunds

Any refunds are issued by our payment processor. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 Legal rights

Nothing above affects any legal rights you may have in your jurisdiction to cancel or return your order.
